How quickly will you ship my order?
All in-stock orders received before 2pm EST ship the same business day. We provide the fastest shipping possible!

What delivery methods and options do you offer?
We exclusively use UPS ground shipping. (UPS will not ship to PO Boxes, so a street address is required.)
Note that UPS will leave the packages at your door or in a "safe place" as deemed by the delivery driver. If you'd like to request that a signature is mandatory, please contact UPS directly and give them the tracking number provided in your "Shipping Confirmation" email and they will change the delivery instructions to "Signature Required".
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Indianapolis, IN. Delivery's east of the Mississippi usually take 2 to 3 days, and west coast states 3 to 5 days.

I need my order on a certain day, can you guarantee delivery?
We cannot guarantee a delivery date with ground shipping but we are able to give you an estimate based upon delivery zip code.  Expedited delivery may be available for a fee.  Contact us if you need customized shipping.
We strongly advise you not to schedule plumbers or contractors until your order is fully delivered and all items inspected.  
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping to you is included FREE with all orders in the continental USA. (Only on returns does the buyer pay the shipping charges.)  Standard UPS rates will be deducted on returns.

What are your shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico?
We do offer shipping of full upflush kits to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, for an additional fee.  We will contact you to coordinate shipping and collect any additional fees (based upon shipping charges).
Do you ship to Internationally?
We currently only ship and sell products in the United States.

Is damage common during shipping?
No, damage is extremely rare, even on the toilet tanks and bowls, as we use professional foam padding in all
boxes to ensure safe delivery.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Customers must open boxes and inspect completely upon delivery. Any damage must be reported to our office and UPS within 24 hours of shipment being delivered. If reported promptly, we will send a replacement item immediately.

After 24 hours of receipt of shipment, however, no replacement or return is possible. This is a UPS insurance policy rule so we have absolutely no flexibility in this matter. We can only file a claim with them within the first 24 hours, so please inspect everything carefully.
